Our presence among housing communities ensures additional support and a second pair of eyes to monitor the property and its residents. The services that we provide will help to maintain or improve conditions of our clients while allowing us the opportunity to meet the needs of housing authority professionals, as well.
The care we provide residents creates another safe and dependable place for them to turn to for concerns. By responding efficiently to these concerns, we are able to release housing authority professionals from the responsibility of managing each individual problem as it arises so they can focus their attention on other areas in-need.
Our staff, including Caregivers and Regional Care Coordinators, are constantly working in the field to form strong relationships with our clients within housing communities and their neighbors. These bonds work to avoid the isolation of residents so that everyone remains relevant and receives the help they need.
We are currently working on a pilot program that will introduce our direct presence within housing communities – making us more accessible and improving the quality of service we already provide to the housing authorities we share strong relationships with.
