Our Story

Vitra Health was founded on the belief that superb healthcare should be accessible to everyone

Prioritizing Care Above All Else

Vitra Health was founded on the belief that superb healthcare should be accessible to everyone, no matter the situation. When our founder Max Voshchin and his wife Victoria, a nurse, recognized the importance of home health care, they felt compelled to improve its recognition and quality within the healthcare industry. When Ed Spivak joined Vitra in 2016, he had the same mission. With his expertise and vast experience in Operations and Technology, he saw much potential and immediately set his sights on growing the Vitra organization- and improving overall access to care for the population. By investing in caregivers, being active within the community, and prioritizing the quality of care above all else, Vitra Health has grown into an innovative healthcare leader that strives to be better each and every day.

Today, Vitra Health offers several services for elderly and disabled to ensure individuals maintain their health, wellness and independence- allowing individuals in need or seniors to remain at home with the help of an assigned nurse and case manager. If someone already has a family member or friend taking care of them, we offer services consisting of financial assistance, caregiver support and medical oversight.

For those who do not have their own caregiver, Vitra’s caregivers are always there to assist with daily needs such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and more. Vitra visiting nurses are also available to help with medication management, disease process education and mental health management.

At Vitra Health, our multilingual staff are dedicated to providing exceptional home care services, as well as connections to other community resources. We service many Massachusetts communities and accept most insurances.
