Get Paid to Care for Someone You Love
If you help care for a family member or loved one, you may qualify for SFC (Structured Family Caregiving) support, including assistance from a care team and potential financial benefits.
What is Structured Family Caregiving?
Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) is a program for individuals aged 60 or older who are enrolled in the PASSPORT waiver program and live with a caregiver who provides support with daily needs.
This program supports individuals through visits from trained caregivers, who may be a friend, family member, or VITRA Health staff. Caregivers assist with personal care, supervision, and daily household activities, all while being supported by VITRA Health.
